Update Note 1.01
Some major features have been implemented earlier than I expected, so I've decided to upload a new version right away. I've tested it several times to make sure the game functions correctly, but there may still be some hidden bugs. If you find any, please leave a comment. Enjoy!
New Maps (WIP)
- Defense Stage
Don't let the enemies reach her and 'go inside'. You can buy units at the end of each wave.
- VS Giantess Stage
Defeat the giantess.
- Night Time Mess Stage
Reach the end. A lot of enemies are waiting for you.
- Test Room
Ever wanted to see 100 cannoneers fire at once? Now you can! Spawn as many units as you like. Freecam mode is available for those who want manual camera control.
New Feature
- Added Vore Skill
- Casual Mode
Allied units gain increased HP and damage. You can toggle this mode in the Stage Selection Menu.
- Traps : Rockets and mines.
If you don't avoid them, you will get hurt.
Changes
- Character status is now visible when selecting a unit.
- Improved UI design
I'm gradually replacing the mockup UI with improved versions.
- Sniper design reworked.
- Gunner design reworked.
- Added camera shake effect for more impactful giantess vibe.
- Balance adjustments : Unit stats and skills
- Movement algorithm improved for smoother gameplay.
- Rose's healing radius has been buffed.
- Added a trail effect to the hand cannoneer's cannonball.
- Some enemies now use skills.
- Giantess movement animation has been updated.
I tried several versions, but they all felt awkward. I decided not to overthink it.
- Add BGM to several stages. (It's not final)
Bug Fix
- Unit sprites now flip correctly when facing left or right.
- Area effect skills (healing, poison bomb) now functions well.
- Shadows no longer block other units.
- Fix Crash's charging skill bugs.
- Fix Card Hunter's teleport skill crash bug.
Known Bug
- There's a spawn bug in defense map. I will take care of it and upload hotfix in a moment. (Fixed in v1.01)
- Sometimes the lights go out in Night Time Mess
TO-DO List
- Add idle animations for units
- Add a giantess fart skill
- Add structures and props for stage decoration
- Add button sound effects
- Add an in-game character wiki
- Add a bomb unit, similar to Bob-omb from mario or Baneling from StarCraft 2.
- Draw the game over scene for the defense map
- Complete level design for the night map
- Draw UI elements
I'm planning to add a chubby giantess and a city destruction stage. The main features of this stage will be growth and vore.
v1.01 hotfix
The spawn bug doesn’t happen every time. I suspect it's caused by the external library script (NavMeshPlus), so I applied a temporary workaround.
